Charlie Chen

As the CEO of the company, Charlie started as a prominent statistician both in US and in China with numerous successful submissions to US FDA and China NMPA.  Prior to SRD ClinMax, Charlie had served as the CEO for GCP ClinPlus Co., another well-known full service CRO and SMO based in Beijing China.

Charlie has been an active player in China’s clinical service community. As the Secretary General and Vice Chairman for Medical Data Analysis Committee, under China’s Medical Device Association, composed of KOLs and CDE drug/device reviewers, Charlie  constantly holds meetings and training (with the KOLs) for sponsors on interpreting NMPA guidance documents and helps answering technical and practical questions.
